INITIAL CONSULTATION: All new clients will receive an initial 45 minute consultation free of charge. During this time I will meet with you and your pet(s). Together we will discuss your pet’s needs and review the paperwork. I will explain my services and answer your questions.
RESERVATIONS: To make reservations please call or use the on-line scheduling form. All requests will be responded to within 48 hours.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the start of the first service.
HOLIDAYS: Additional charges may apply on major holidays,
CANCELLATIONS: 24 hours notice before the first scheduled service is required to avoid a service fee.
KEYS: At the initial consultation I will collect a set of keys from you. Your keys will be securely labeled and stored in a locked key box. Peace of Mind Pet Sitters prefers to keep your keys for future pet visits or dog walks. In the event you want your keys returned, a $5 service fee will be added.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Every pet is different, if you do not see a service that your pet requires or you have a special circumstance give me a call and let’s see what we can do.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. daily.
